Excognize is a boutique consulting and technology firm. We specialise in five areas: strategic consulting, software engineering resourcing, AI analytics, agentic development, and end-to-end project delivery. We are not a large agency. We are a small, senior team that works directly with technical and operational leaders — with no junior layers in between.
Our clients are CTOs, Engineering Directors, and Operations Directors who have been through at least one technology programme that underdelivered. They understand the cost of the wrong hire, the wrong advisory firm, or a strategy that never gets implemented. They come to us because they need both the advice and the execution — from the same people.
The difference between senior and junior isn't years on a CV — it's judgment. A senior practitioner knows what to build and what to leave alone. They write code the next engineer can maintain, run a discovery without escalating, and identify delivery risk before it costs you a sprint.
Across all five services, we operate the same way: direct engagement, honest assessment, and clear accountability from first call to final delivery. We are not the cheapest option. We are the one that actually delivers.
Precision
We are specific about what we can do and what we cannot. Every engagement begins with an honest scoping exercise. If something is outside our capability, we say so.
Ownership
The team that scopes the work delivers the work. We do not hand off to someone else once the contract is signed. Accountability stays with the same people from start to finish.
Outcomes
We measure success by what changes for the client — not by what we submitted or how many hours we billed. Every engagement has a defined outcome. We know when we've hit it, and so do you.
